Candy

Candy was found sitting in the middle of the road. No home, no collar and no apparent fear of oncoming traffic.  She was very friendly loved to be handled and was hungry.  A visit to the vet determined she was underweight, unfixed and had a flea infestation.  She was treated for fleas, given IV. fluids over a period of 5 days here at the rehab center.

Candy was spayed and after stitches were removed provided a clean bill of health and added to the adoptable list.  Unfortunately Candy wasn't a kitten so to find a home for her would prove to be problematic.

Candy resided here with us for two years before finally finding a permanent home with Molly.
