Max was abandoned by his mother as a lost cause.  Both his hips were displaced and his tail broken and dying.  He was emaciated but outlook was hopeful from the doctor.  He was found in a warehouse pinned under a pallet.

They could not set his legs as they were already healed in that position.  His tail had to be clipped and dressed.  With lots of love Max soon became the playful little kitten he was always meant to be.

Max didn't take long to adopt, he immediately took to the hearts of the vet's office and with a clean bill of health Max went home with his new family.

Follow up:  As of last word we had the family had changed Max's name to Petite due to the fact he is still very small.  He is still very playful and in good health.
